Satisfying Consumption

Consumerism is triggered by influences. An example can be when we see an image of that food which we usually do not have the ingredients in our kitchen to prepare her. The desire dominates us to the point of satisfying it, and the feeling of lack of control can be frustrating to the adepts of healthy life, to those who are not so radical or are hungry sometimes. Still, the choice is ours, we are influenced, not obliged.

Food companies are aware of many dangerous products, however, the priority isn’t the population vitality’s but the profitability system. Of course, the basic items are essential.

It’s relevant to emphasize that the foods eaten build or destroy the intellect and emotions, beyond the physical. Therefore, going to the market to buy what we are wishing for, has less impact if beneficial nutrients fill the bag and that our sin is not accompanied by one more, with exercises practice that help to decrease the guilt felt, separating us from habits that worsen health in the long run and making it difficult to regain your ideal weight and self-esteem, as personal fulfillment affects professional concretization and does not depend only on the pleasure of eating, it is like painting a frame with the intention of looking creative and not liking what is seen.



Shuffling the craving to eat with hunger is frequent and indicates some psychological factor, mitigated by checking out with friends or other distractions and hobbies that reduce anxiety and stress.
